TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • A 50% deposit is due upon signing the contract. The deposit reserves your event date/time and is non-refundable or transferable.

  • NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless Picture Perfect Events & Creations chooses to cancel your order.  If that is to occur, you will receive only your deposit as a refund within 60 days of the cancellation.

 

  • We must receive the balance of your payment two weeks prior to your event. If payment is not received, the contract is null and void, your deposit will not be refunded, and your order will not be completed.

  • Once the deposit has been paid, the quoted price remains fixed to the details listed in the accepted quote. However, if changes to design or quantity are made, Picture Perfect Events & Creations reserves the right to amend the quotation and re-submit it with current pricing to the client for consideration. If in this case an agreement cannot be reached, then the normal cancellation terms apply.

  • Any changes to the order (size, style, or flavor) must be made no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. Any changes made less than 14 days prior to the event date cannot be guaranteed and will only be made at additional cost to be determined at the point of change.

 

  • Picture Perfect Events & Creations will not be liable for any delay due to circumstance beyond our control such as transportation problems, delays in product delivery, inclement weather, acts of God, or other causes beyond Picture Perfect Events & Creations control that make it impossible or impractical for Picture Perfect Events & Creations to complete the cake order.

 ​

  • Picture Perfect Events & Creations is not responsible for supplying fresh flowers or cake toppers that are not included in the design of your cake. If you would like to have fresh flowers or cake toppers included on your cake, the cost will be incorporated in the final cost of your order.

  • You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to the cake or desserts after pick up is complete.  Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below. If you or your representative(s) elect to pick-up and set-up the cake/desserts, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake/desserts once they leave Picture Perfect Events & Creations possession.

  • We photograph all our cakes and desserts and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

 

  • Our cakes are inspired by photos provided by clients and ideas from the business owner. Please note that your cake/desserts will not look exactly like the photos as we like for our clients to have unique cakes for their celebrations.

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. 

 

 

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Picture Perfect Events & Creations, and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this contract. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this contract.

 

  • You agree to assume full responsibility for your guests and agree to indemnify and hold Picture Perfect Events & Creations harmless from and against all bodily injury, property damage or consequential damages which may result from Picture Perfect Events & Creations services and provision of your cake/desserts.

 

  • In the event that you fail to pay Picture Perfect Events & Creations and collection procedures are initiated, you will be responsible for Picture Perfect Events & Creations reasonable attorney's fees and costs, including on any appeal. Venue for any such action shall be in Charlotte, NC.

 

 

   CANCELATION POLICY

  • Cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail.

  • In the event that your event is canceled, all deposits and payments for your order are non-refundable and will NOT be issued under any circumstances.

 

  • If for any reason you need to postpone your event, please contact Picture Perfect Events & Creations immediately to review our calendar for availability.

 

  • If your event date is rescheduled, you can use your deposit/payment towards a future date, if it is available on our calendar. If that date is not available, your deposit/payment will not be refunded.

 

  • Picture Perfect Events & Creations has every right to cancel your order. You will be informed in writing and your deposit will be refunded within 60 days of the cancellation.
