Cake Jars

- Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final.

- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- We'll provide a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

- Please note that refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

At Picture Perfect Creations, we carefully pack and ship your orders from our Charlotte bakery nationwide. However, please note that unexpected weather and courier service delays may occur. While we prioritize every order, please be aware that delivery times might vary. We will notify you when your order ships and provide an estimated delivery date. 

Please keep in mind that we only ship our products Mondays thru Wednesday. 

We do not ship on Fridays for arrival during the weekend, or Holidays. 

Picture Perfect Creations is not liable for delivery delays caused by high package volume, weather, technical glitches, strikes, unforeseen events, or wrong shipping details. 

While we don't ask for a signature for standard cake jars upon delivery, please make sure someone is there to receive and properly store the package upon arrival.

For cake jars infused with alcohol, we request a signature upon delivery.

​Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. We can't change the shipping address once the order is out for delivery.

Once items are shipped, we DO NOT accept returns or give refunds.
